Regulations: House Rules
Brief:
All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management of 2betez Sportsbook without prior notice.
2betez Sportsbook will not disclose details of an individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable, you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.
Age Restrictions:
No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at 2betez Sportsbook. Our "Play for Fun" section is available for those who are under the age of 18 years or are in jurisdictions where internet gaming is illegal.
Discrepancies/Disputes:
Check all bets carefully. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed. Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or internet login prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims.
Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within THREE days from the date of the wager.
All phone calls to 2betez Sportsbook are tape recorded.
All internet transactions are saved to a file and the file is saved on a tape back-up system. In all dispute cases, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up serves as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.

Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of 2betez Sportsbook will be final and binding in all matters.
If a line or spread posted has an obvious (meaning easily seen or discovered) mistake, the line or spread is void and all wagers placed on this line or spread are no action and all wagered monies will be returned to the player(s) account(s).
Termination of Agreement:
The agreement between 2betez Sportsbook and the user may be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary 2betez Sportsbook reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and 2betez Sportsbook.
Password:
You are solely responsible for the security of your account number and your password.
Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password, contact 2betez Sportsbook immediately and change your password: 1-800-735-3906
The customer is responsible for any unauthorized use of the account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have his/her password or account, upon notification 2betez Sportsbook will furnish the customer with a new password and account.
When choosing a password, 2betez Sportsbook recommends you follow these guidelines:
- Use lower case letters.
- Use numbers and/or lower case letters.
- Do not use symbols or special characters.
Withdrawing Funds:
Any amount withdrawn by the user shall be forwarded to the user immediately. Funds can be withdrawn using NETeller, Western Union.
Confidentiality:
2betez Sportsbook will maintain your anonymity unless you agree to your identity being used for future publicity or other purposes. All personal details of users will be held in confidence unless a user agrees to the identity and details being used for future publicity purposes.
Liability of 2betez Sportsbook:
The decisions of 2betez Sportsbook management will be final and binding in all matters between 2betez Sportsbook and users. Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in the country of the user.
All customers of 2betez Sportsbook games must be at least 18 years of age.
2betez Sportsbook does not undertake to notify users that they have outstanding balances to collect. If an account is inactive for longer than 6 months, the user will forfeit the outstanding balance. Any wager made by the customer will be 2betez Sportsbook's liability in respect to any claim or loss. 2betez Sportsbook shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at it's absolute discretion.
In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, 2betez Sportsbook will not be liable. 2betez Sportsbook will not be liable in the following scenarios:
- In the event of force majeure .
- The failure of 2betez Sportsbook's central computer system or any part thereof.
- For delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system
- For any loss as a result of any act of God.
- For an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance or acts of terrorism.
- For the acts of government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).
- For fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout or industrial action of any kind.
2betez Sportsbook and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided by these rules. 2betez Sportsbook accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet. These rules constitute the entire agreement and understanding between 2betez Sportsbook and the user. In the event of a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version, will be deemed to be correct.
Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
Legality:
2betez Sportsbook games are played over the internet which reaches virtually every country in the world. Some of these jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of internet gaming, while some have specifically made internet gaming illegal. In practical terms, it is impossible for 2betez Sportsbook to determine the state of the law in every country, state, and province around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, by clicking the "I agree" button, you are acknowledging that you have determined what the laws are in your jurisdiction and that it is legal for you to place a bet via the internet and for 2betez Sportsbook to receive your bet via the internet. Should there be any discrepancy in the legality of any transactions between yourself and 2betez Sportsbook or any of its affiliates, the matter shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in the country of Costa Rica, which is where 2betez Sportsbook is incorporated and where it conducts business. Any matter to be adjudicated shall be determined utilizing the laws of 2betez Sportsbook.
All contractual issues between yourself and 2betez Sportsbook or any of its affiliates that are disputed, shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Country of Costa Rica . All contracts shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
